Recurring donations can be canceled at any time. Donors wishing to cancel their recurring donations must contact us at least 5 business days before the next scheduled donation date. Cancellations can be made via or by calling our support team

If you have made a donation in error or wish to request a refund, please contact us within 14 days of the donation date.
